Fear of commitment to science, is a type of phobia. What is commonly known as commitment phobia which refers to a person who is afraid of being committed to a deep, tasks, projects and responsibilities.

Have you known someone who is afraid to commit? I have several friends who have symptoms of this kind of phobia. Most of them are men. They can not decide on simple things. They find it difficult to decide what to eat for dinner out at a restaurant, they can not choose between two good films, but what to wear. And the worst thing that none of them has ever been for serious, since they are already in their 30s and is an ideal age for marriage for men.

Let me tell you a friend of mine named Patrick. And 'one of my best friends and he is a bachelor who does a good price. The girls are in and out of her life like the wind. And no one seems to take even those who think it would take. I suspect that a fear of commitment. But he does not accept it, which is actually the second feature, which is the fear of commitment. We had a discussion about the weather. Here goes:

Me: "Have you ever been in a serious relationship before?

Patrick. "Nan" Re said.

Me: "Why?"

Patrick: "And 'I am not yet ready."

Me? "What are the things that made you not ready, I asked again.

He just shrugged his shoulders and stopped.

Patrick: "It's because I have fear to commit to a woman, and I do not want to get married at the time. I'm afraid I can not assume the responsibilities of a father and husband, at the same time."

Me: "So you're one of those who are afraid of commitment or fear of commitment."

Patrick: "It is I do not think so ..."

Fear of commitment will make it difficult to decide what you need to decide, especially if the future is at stake. Therefore, for fear of commitment is not healthy at all. Fear of commitment can really hold, because it would allow the procedure only in that life has to offer, and we are able to exploit the opportunities that come our way.

Fear of commitment can be triggered by a variety of reasons. Fear of commitment can begin in childhood, a person suffers a traumatic experience, such as the separation of their parents 'divorce', and death. Fear of commitment can also be the result of poor role models, in which a person may have witnessed abusive relationships. And the worst person may have been a victim. These experiences have a strong impact on individual decision making, and an interest in developing their fear of commitment.

Fear of commitment, but can be overcome by different methods. The most commonly used to overcome the fear of commitment is hypnosis or hypnotherapy. So if you have friends who suffer from commitment phobia or fear of commitment, help them win.
